Cash, Cash App and Apple Pay are only accepted forms of payment .

BOOKING FEE -

-Fee is $23. It is a nonrefundable, non-transferable fee and it does go towards service. More than 15 minutes late will result in booking fee becoming late fee and will no longer count towards service. -

DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING!

If you know it takes 15 minutes to get to the location please leave with adequate time in advance.

IN 24hr before appointment reminder!

Please do not arrive to appointment more than 5 minutes early. If you do arrive early please park in visitor space and wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.

RESCHEDULING -

Rescheduling will forfeit original booking fee.
A NEW DEPOSIT $20 deposit WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULED.

NO CALL NO SHOW - once you have done a no call no show you are required to put 100% of the service payment as your booking fee deposit in order to rebook! NO exceptions! - More than 2 no call no shows will be blocked from booking ever .

CREATIVE PROCESS -

Appointments can be edited at least 48 hours before the dy of , For example if you need to add more things to your appointment you will be able to do so through the confirmation email.

-I do my best to include clients in my creative process. My goal is for you to love your nails. If for any reason you are unhappy with your set, please let me know prior to topcoat or walking out of the shop. I will make adjustments accordingly. Once you leave the shop and you decide you do not like your nails know that no refund will be issued.
